Following are the guidelines, information, and application for the artists who participate in the November 8th TSW Member Art Fair. Please read the information below carefully prior to completing the application.
Definition of “Art” for this art fair
The art fair will offer art and fine crafts that are created by local artists, to include painting & drawing, fiber and wearable art, jewelry, photography, ceramics, sculpture & glass. The art fair will offer artwork of a variety of price ranges.

The art fair will offer art and fine crafts that are created by local artists, to include painting & drawing, fiber and wearable art, jewelry, photography, ceramics, sculpture & glass. The art fair will offer artwork of a variety of price ranges.
Guidelines for Art Fair Participation
- All artists must be members of TSW.
- All artwork must be created by the TSW member artist; no manufactured items allowed.
- Artists will collect their own payments for sales.
- There will be a booth fee of $50 per artist. Booth fee is due prior to the event. You can pay using your major credit card or PayPal account below after completing the form.
- Artists will donate 10% of their proceeds to the TSW scholarship fund – funds collected on 11/08/2017
- Registrations will be accepted on a “first come, first served,” basis. Deadline is October 8, 2017.
- Artists will provide an “artist bio” and professional statement, as well as photos of the types of art they will be displaying.
- Artists are responsible for the safety and security of their own items.
- It is expected that all artists will have a retail license.
- TSW reserves the right to refuse entries.
- Artists are responsible for setting up and taking down their displays on 11/08/2017.
- Artists may begin setting up at 9:00am & must have everything removed by 7:00pm.
- TSW will provide for each artist:
- Signage
- 6’ x 2’ table, with white tablecloth & two chairs
- Approximately 2’ between artists’ tables
- Depth of area will be approximately 5’
- Artists must stay within their assigned space
- A limited number of larger spaces will be allocated for larger displays
- Artists will provide their own display cases, easels, vertical display panels, etc.
- Display of art should be esthetically pleasing
- There is internet access for credit card processing.
